Live police unit locations aren't public data — no map has them. This panel is live dispatch radio from OpenMHz (Indiana SAFE-T · North Webster tower — state police & county agencies across NE Indiana; Fort Wayne city police radio is encrypted). Newest first · refreshes every 30 s while open.

👁 Can they see me?
Uses your browser's location — it never leaves this device, except a route you start yourself under 🧭 ROUTES. Distances are to the nearest public cameras in our data. “May cover your spot” is an estimate: INDOT publishes camera locations, not what each camera actually sees — we assume about 120 m around each point. Private & security cameras are never in this data.

🧭 Routes — camera scores
Scores each driving route by how many public cameras sit near it. Route math by the public OSRM router (router.project-osrm.org) — your start & destination are sent there to compute routes. Camera scores are estimates from public camera locations only.
🗺 Camera catalog — by state
Every camera here was byte-verified at harvest: real snapshot bytes from free public DOT feeds — no keys, no logins, no private cameras. Files load on demand: pan into a covered state (zoom 6+) or tap LOAD. Indiana loads on its own. The 📷 chip counts the whole verified catalog; “loaded” is what's on your map right now. Owner tools: community review queue (passcode-gated, unlisted).

👥 Community cameras
Cameras people added themselves — their own cams or public feeds they have the right to share. Each one passed an automated check (the feed answered with a real image / stream / page) and a human approval before listing. They are not part of the verified DOT catalog and never counted in the 📷 total.
Community layer is off — tap the 👥 COMMUNITY chip to show approved cameras.
🔑 Owner — my sources & tools
Private to the owner (Core pass). Sources here are yours — they live server-side behind the pass, never in the public files, never in the 📷 count, and they vanish when you lock. Nothing here crawls directories; the list holds only what you put in it.

SHORTCUTS
Estimated public-camera coverage (120 m around each public camera in our data). Everywhere else = dead zone — no public camera in our data. Based on camera locations + an estimated radius; cameras publish points, not view cones. Private/security cameras are never in this data.
